I had been using this Hopeless bank's CC for few years and had alwiz paid the full amount on time. In December 2009, I had used their Internet Banking service which had just been upgraded to make a full payment of RM2800 from my savings account to the cc account. However, the money was not deducted from my savings account but the payment had been made to the cc and displayed in the statement for that month. I had only found out about this 1 month later and earlier this month (February), they had reversed the payment from my CC.
Should I make an issue out of this and make a demand of explanation and some sort of 'comforting' compensation due to a lost of trust in the system from the bank while holding them to ransom with a report to Bank Negara?
