Hi Guys,

I just got my Citibank Credit Card. I registered it at Citibank homepage and now I can use the online system banking. But, I don't know how to OAC works in this platform since I do not own a Citibank Bank account. I tried to make bills payment but it doesn't let me because I do not have OAC activated. Any Citibank CC users here that used their online banking but do not own a Citibank Bank account here that know how to activate the OAC

*OAC is like a service where each time you input a payment/transaction a code is send to your mobile phone to authorized your transaction like any other online Banking.

wah why so many people want to cancel Citibank CC ah? not good meh? @@

guys I'm going to HK travel this coming wednesday, I heard we need to call our credit card center to inform them that we're going to use the credit card for oversea usage if not it will not be able to use oversea without informing them? is it true?

how high is your limit before and after the increase?
I got my Citibank CC last 2 month ago and it was 4k limit. Usually they only give 3k but Citibank give me 4k.

i think gps is free. you only need to download the map b4 u go overseas to avoid going mobile data.

yeah EPF statement is the bomb, that's when my first time applying and it approved instantly. well, tat was 6 years ago lol i don't know how it goes now.

I got my Citibank 2 month ago, after 2 month usage, it credit back the GST back, maybe it's promotion for card user to redeem GST ^^

Guys, anyone know how to activate Verifiedbyvisa/MastercardSecurecode for Citibank card? I can't find that in my citibank online service menu. It's available on my MBF card and it add another protection so even if they know your last 3 digit number, they still have to pass the SecureSign in order to proceed.

nvm i found out citibank don't have it >.<
