better cut the credit card earlier just to avoid any argument on the govt fees whether bill on anniversary or not. alot of discrepancy here and there dont want to pick up phone calls, need customer to go to the bank to cancel card etc
cimb /rhb/ hong leong lousiest customer service on the phone hold more than 30 min still talking to automated voice. put on voice automated
cacat service need to go to the bank to terminate the credit card purposely and cannot do it on the phone
whether on anniversary or not, if not using just cancel off those credit cards
