hi, i think in order to qualify for their my payment plan you need to have a minimum 500rm in a single transaction. see if any of your transactions have 500 or more, otherwise they will not do the installment for you.
here is the link

hmmm, at least RM500 in a transaction hmm.gif
guess no luck for me then, mine is all accumulating 1 tongue.gif

CIMB send me a letter regarding to the CIMB Touch and Go credit card, I don't plan to take it anymore as have to pay RM50 service charge, when I open the letter, the letter already charge me RM10 for the Touch n Go activation fees -__-"

anyway, CIMB has yet to call me, shall I ignore the letter? assume like I didnt receive it tongue.gif

or shall I go to bank with the letter, and ask for credit card cancellation?

they will charge me the RM10 right? hmm.gif

if it's a pre approved card, as long u're not using it yet it's ok. Usually if u use it = accept the t&c.

Safest way to cancel it is:
1. write a simple letter stating u do not wish to accept this pre approved card & hereby return to the bank.
2. print two copies of the letter, one copy for ur nearest bank, another copy ask the staff to chop the "Received on date" & keep the letter for ur reference. smile.gif

hmmm, guess I will have to visit CIMB tomorrow together with the letter biggrin.gif

Did CIMB charge you RM 10 on the T&G Zing card? CIMB offer me the T&G Plat Visa (which comes with the Zing card) & charge me the RM 10, I cancelled the card outright.

As I know Maybank did not charge customer on the zing card issuance (that linked with the credit card for reload).

yaya, its written on the 1st statement, hmmm other bank offer free a? hmm.gif
any other CC user got their Touch and Go card? got charges eh?

I think Sean meant the normal Touch n Go card, where he topup using CREDIT CARD at the places he mention with no charge at all, guess he is not talking on Zing Card wink.gif

Looks like only BSN, MBF and EON Bank can waive the RM50 tax totally with some transaction, otherwise we have to pay it by using our "hard-earned" (for me, it does) point.
*
its indeed hard earn point biggrin.gif

btw, according to the chart, EON bank, swipe 3 times within 2 months will be waived on RM50 tax eh?
hmm.gif

Eon bank accept my CC cancellation instruction over the phone no
need to fax letter. But after cancellation I realised that I still have some rewards points unclaimed. cry.gif  cry.gif  Called EON bank again immediately and they reversed the cancellation on the spot without much hassle. The rewards points worth RM200 Tesco cash voucher. sweat.gif  sweat.gif

wow, RM200 vouchers? shocking.gif
how many points do you have? hmm.gif
