Maybank is the worst, once I call their Plat line at night and also no one answered the call.

it is the worst and if it wasnt becos my cousin tumpang my card for installment plan, i would have already cut the card myself in many many pieces and send it back to them for termination. luckily the CS who answered my call was polite...

03 62047878 is for DA Gold.

Hi guys,

I am wondering, by any chance you guys can show me a guideline on how the financial charges is being applied? I have outstanding amount on my CC bill, and assuming 17.5% pa financial charges, does the financial charges equals to 17.5/12 % * outstanding amount?

Hi Guys,

I just got my Citibank Credit Card. I registered it at Citibank homepage and now I can use the online system banking. But, I don't know how to OAC works in this platform since I do not own a Citibank Bank account. I tried to make bills payment but it doesn't let me because I do not have OAC activated. Any Citibank CC users here that used their online banking but do not own a Citibank Bank account here that know how to activate the OAC icon_question.gif

*OAC is like a service where each time you input a payment/transaction a code is send to your mobile phone to authorized your transaction like any other online Banking.

DA card centre is more convenient now since there's a branch at Pavilion.

But MBB card centre also easy to access at Menara Maybank near Puduraya.

Not sure about the operation hours for both centres.

Hello All!

Dont know if this question has been answered before, but I just confirmed with miaubank cs that you can transfer your installment payment to other card.

Assume that you made easy payment with your visa, you can transfer the balance to your master card and cancel your visa. Not applicable for Amex.

Cheers,

The exact formula is at the back of your CC statement. But if you want a summarised version, it's basically total amount owed times interest rate times amount of time outstanding. Or in simpler terms, your outstanding amount is subject to daily compound interest.

Normally those people that do not live nearby Citibank branch will pay the bill from other banks thru money transfer that requires RM 2 per transaction.
You misunderstood the question posed. He was asking how to register for OAC and not how to pay for his Citibank credit card bill.
