For those paying extra to their cc, you can call cs to request for reimbursement (normally via banker's cheque). However there might be an admin or misc charge on the banker's cheque issued. At least it happens to me for Citibank.

Anyone knows what is the minimum credit limit to apply or upgrade (assume from CIMB/DA Platinum) to CIMB/DA Visa Infinite or World Mastercard?

QUOTE(hye @ Apr 17 2010, 06:13 AM) No. Don't waste your time. Citibank and even other banks don't play this counteroffer game. Bro ... what are you thinking ????? Just taking every opportunity to squeeze the bank out only. By the way, I had heard of a lot of some sort of 'offers' on case by case basis.

QUOTE(shoduken @ Apr 22 2010, 01:21 PM) I got my Citibank 2 month ago, after 2 month usage, it credit back the GST back, maybe it's promotion for card user to redeem GST ^^ Automatic credit back?? Or you call up to waive or you use the awarded free points? If really can, then I am gonna ask for the credit too.
