Getting Started
|
I installed wave secure when i upgraded to modacco 3.0
Now i need help on how to delete it.
Things you should know before you reply.
1. I tried removing it by app manager.
2. I can only clear cache and clear data.
3. I'm guessing to delete it you must use android SDK.
4. I need help on operating the cmd commands as I have no knowledge on how to operate scripts.
5. WAVESECURE IS MAKING MY PHONE LAG. ( i think )

I've not tried the above method as im not using Wavesecure, according to Paul from MCR release that come with Wavesecure quoted below QUOTE MCR now optionally includes Wavesecure in ROM, allowing you to lock / locate / wipe your device remotely in the event of loss and be notified if the SIM is changed. The application cannot be uninstalled by a thief and we we have actively worked with Wavesecure to ensure that your settings will survive a hard reset! |

maybe you guys don't know what wavesecure is. Its a protection module for your phone. In case your phone is lost, people can't access anything when they change the SIM etc. Its basically something for "not giving your phone to anyone else at all". If you could kill it, it would kill the purpose of having wavesecure at the first place.
Btw, if you didn't use the wavesecure ROM, it would never have installed at the first place..

Well, that does not reply/solve TS question and i believe TS did read before he install the Wave Secure. The question is "How To Get Rid Of Wave Secure" if one regret having it installed onto their phone. |

I know what Wave Secure was and yes what it was build to do the main question here is how to remove it :| cause. . . Its making my handphone lag.
