Im totally confused now. Yesterday the manager told me that my car 2.0 will be available only at March, if luck, b4 chinese new year. But now i saw some post, which am i suppose to believe. OH MY GOD ! Haliluya !

Same as my SA told me and 2.0 is arrived here in Port Klang, but Government will not realise untill Naza Kia make a settlement regarding price impact on Proton Perdana, simply said they wan $$$$. I hate that, my 2.0 stuck in P.Klang.

Zubin, Izputra n 2.0 buyers. If there is not mistaken, 2.0 is here arrived in Malaysia but limited units (around 200). Those who booked earlier b4 Jan 2010 will have chance to get it. Why SA saying price will increase 20k ? meaning wat i posted are 100% correct. I was saying due to price impact on local (proton) and import brand (honda etc), government will not release the 2.0 that arrived unless Naza-Kia willing to increase their price. So i do believe wat my branch manager told is true. The 1st batch 2.0 will be releasing to 1st batch customers as soon as they settle the price which will effect from 2010. I've booked it b4 2010, load approved n paid downpayment. Why 1 or 2 months ? why dont give them a chance ? good things always need waiting list, meaning alot people wants it ! am i right ? correct me if the above info is wrong. THanks

This is Forte forum, pls respect bit ! The purpose of creating this forum is to encourage more owners and having discussion regarding Naza-Kia Forte. Whoever think its not a good car or trying to complain, pls go other forum. For those who booked 2.0, why regret ? good thing always need to wait, cause many demands. It just a matter of 1, 2 or 3 months waiting. I've booked 2.0 too. But did everyone know that Kia Forte is not only selling well in Malaysia ? Forte won Car of the Year 2009 recently, they didnt expect the demand is so good. Im sure Kia is working hard to fullfill the booking list. CKD or CBU is not my concern, civic, city, altis,vios are all local or thailand assembly. So why worry bout that ? pls stop the ckd and cbu storry. thanks. As long we get our car in good condition and appreciate wat we bought. Life goes happy !

What StarGhazzer said can be right. In Malaysia Automobile industry, every car is expensive due to local brand protection. To compare Forte 2.0 vs Civic 2.0, Civic are assembled in Melaka or Thailand, and cost 128k OTR. So even Forte is CKD with 93k plus many good features. I will say it is worth to buy even KIA doesnt have good 2nd value compare other Japanese brand. When u buy a car, what will u consider ? price,2nd value, features,long/short term use = buy or not buy/worth or not. Correct me if im wrong.

aiya, of 3 also 93k , i buy all 3 together. Monday&Tues drive civic, wed&thurs drive Mitsu, friday&sat drive forte. Sunday let my wife drive me.

My dealer told me, he went to Kampung baru show room. There is a Forte with Bodykit (same as Singapore) display and he took photo. I send him the bodykit from Singapore, he told me it is the same, but the price OMF...G. super expensive (+- RM4k). If Naza release the price, i will tell everyone the cost of the bodykit, let no one buy from Naza, super expensive!!!!
