yesterday went down to confirm my car color .... and pass my lucky number to SA

My car will be ready for collection end of Jan or early feb ....good news.

some info to share
1. Naza factory kia forte assembly line is not ready until mid of 2010. It means all fortes at least until CNY or March will be fully imported from Korea. GOOD NEWS!!

2. The customer service guy say I may void the warranty if I downgrade the 17 in rim to 16 or 15. Is that true?

3. He also mention no alarm system is recommended at the moment, as it may void the warranty.

4. FYI, he say the keyless thing is 2400 each. Also, need to dismantle the receiver inside the car. better take care

My SA from the first day I place my booking already said so... How true is it nobody knows.

your SA consider good already... my SA told me i can get the car once it launched for 2 weeks... but WTH?? nothing.... i called the careline and they said i should get the car by Jan.... so i just wait lor....

btw.. when u place ur booking? if considering 90 - 120 days for delivery of 2.0..

CBU or CKD?

i booked on 14.11.2009, DP settled on 25.11.09. all the car should be CBU until Mid next year according to one of our Myforte member due to the plant not ready to assemble the forte yet... but as i said b4, even CKD, naza will only assemble doors... so not big deal for me...

anyone get extra charge for RM150 for the PUSPAKOM test car?

hahahaha weird... i called up careline the other day, that lady told me now the waiting period is up to 1 month instead 3 months as they started assembling themselves.... each week can produce dunno how many car (forgot the numbers)
oh well, different story again lol
