good to hear your problem solved, why there is loose battery connection, Naza fault or Kia foult. my front number plate fall the other day, this is the lousy job from Naza, some admirer when see my car and noted the no plate fall, really shame on Naza.

You are right. For continental car, they have this rev range "check" to prevent gearbox damage. But for Forte, not sure about it.

What will happen actually? Or at 110km/h, u swift to 3rd or 2nd, nothing happens, and stay at 4?

Spray water onto the car's headlamps ,check if there is any water vapour inside lamp cover....
Please take note of this.

Victor, any way to avoid this?? possible to seal it up the headlamp by ourself using the silicon?

this is what they've replied me...
As what they told me.. the allocation for cars is not totally controlled by the HQ..
let me briefly explain about it....

before the launching.. all branches and dealers (I called it B&D) will prebook for the cars and pay a sum of amount in order to get the car.. and cars will be delivered to these B&D after the cars are available..

Next, the B&D will allocate the cars to their customers.. theoretically, they should allocate the car based on the date of paying deposit (booking).. but pratically, due to the reason the B&D want to get backt their money fast.. they tend to allocate to those hu have paid their DP + loan approved... => this answered y some branches required to pay DP in order to get allocation while some are not needed to do so...

Then, I asked him what is the reason for paying deposit and he couldnt answer me at all...

IF any of you do not believe what i typed here, you're welcome to take the recordings that i have recorded for the whole conversation.. for my own conclusion, NAZA sxcks....

As for my case, they treat is at 'special case'.. meaning that my allocation will be done by HQ itself.. and not my dealer.. HQ will allocate my chasis number and then send my car to my dealer for collection... whereby the normal procedure is they deliver the car to B&D and depends on the B&D's decision on who to allocate to...

Bro, I like Kia Forte ... but I look for CBU unit ... I don't know which branch can confirm get CBU unit only, for Bukit Tinggi, Klang branch  them cannot confirm can get the CBU and also don't know need wait how long ...

CBU ... yes I will go ahead. eat kimchi, I am more trust CBU unit.
CKD ... not, eat sushi feel better. 
NOTE:
Korea food inside Korea country eat the BBQ style food is very nice good (If you try before on Korea country, you will know) ... But inside Malaysia eat the Korea BBQ (shop open by Korea people) the food is cannot compare by the real Korea local BBQ. ... Just same like CBU and CKD ...

Then you are totally gone wrong on the perception of CKD kimchi. CKD for Kia is 70percent CBU and sent to Msia with about 20percent MADE in KOREA parts plus another 10percent MADE in MALAYSIA parts assembled here. Most notable is, headlights, bumper, seats,  which take up the 30percent CKD.

So you just use your brain and think for a while, worse to worse if u get a so called CKD, u will onli get ur headlight pop out, bumper fall down and seat fell off. Others are CBU so no nid to worry rite? Or you prefer a CKD sushi car, where 50percent is assembled here ?

FYI, u wan CBU better book now cuz NAZA assembly line not yet setup for Forte yet. You book now, you get your Forte late also before mid 2010 which by then the assemmbly line is on and CKD is available. How i know ? Cuz my cousin is working for NAza. So if you buy now, sure is CBU. Now you are certain is CBU d rite ? So i waiting if you will REALLY buy a Forte or just ranting around only

You are right, because not people guarantee can get CBU units ... but SA keep told buyer is CBU units, of cause have group of people here damn like CKD unit (no offence, just my opinion).

For me very easy 80K can get CBU unit by cost 80k is more market value than CKD with same cost (if can get it) ... I just a buyer of cause need choice highest market value product. If the SA cannot guarantee buyer can get the CBU, than on start of beginning don't tell the buyer and give them hope is a CBU unit ... All people also know the CBU unit is limit units, for all real buyer of cause hope can get the limited CBU units ...

Malaysia CKD all motor is need follow AFTA agreement. The assembled must above 40% by local ... only can be accept by complete knock down.

also why the CBU unit is very limited ... (normally only can use by showroom show unit ...)

Mine's a 2.0L Forte... and it's still too early to determine the FC. The numbers I quoted were taken directly from the car's computer display and shouldn't be considered as fully accurate. Drove a total of 50km today to and fro from my workplace and it's now showing 12+ and will possibly drop even more in the next few days with more driving.

The fuel gauge needle descends quite fast though, but I'll only calculate the FC the next time I head off to the pump. Then again I'm not sure what kind of cheap petrol I was given as my dealer provided a full tank upon collection as part of the deal.
