Jimmy is correct, there is a Rev and Speed check for Forte. I've used the sport mode / tiptronic / shiftronic (whatever you call it), if you are travelling at 120km/h you won't be able to downshift to 2nd gear.

ya... although slyphy is empty shell.... but i felt that sitting inside is more comfortable than forte alot because of the space and the well desined seats....
slyphy is in my list if i cancel the forte booking....

5000 increase is the D version with bodyskit and leather seats？

I believe the increase is to settle the taxation structure, due to the previous batch is a huge competition to the national car. Hence, I think those who booked shouldn't be impacted, and 2.0 should come in !!!!

yeap...... twtang, even a manual transmission car u wont be able to downshift from 3rd gear to 1st / 4th to 2nd if ur crusing speed is pretty fast... it just wont allow u to engage into it even u stepped on the clutch

Wei... Water vapour won't be created because you spray water at car's headlamps

I believe you are referring to headlight condensation issue. the only way to determine whether you have the issue is when you go up cameron highlands / Genting or during rainy day. Because of the difference in temperature within and outside, condensation occur, therefore you have a headlight condensation.
