I tested it out before my dinner.

I think it is your plaster ceiling or other stuffs that are vibrating. At -15dB, the rooftop fighting scene of Percy Jackson is full of ULF. It sent a lot of rumbles when these water tanks exploded. I can feel that my whole room is vibrating.

The lightning also contains a lot of ULF. Nice to demo.

Boss, the SB13-Plus not connected to the system. It is in an audiophile's home now. Next, it will end up at Wilson Audio Watt Puppy / Jeff Rowland combo system for few days.

Which system that you have is running RC62 now?

No problem since you are one of my VIP customers. But, you might need to come and collect it. Ok?

Then I can poison you with other stuffs. ROTFLOL!

The SB12-NSD is very compact. It is a 14" cube size.

The SB13-Plus is about 17" cube in size.

Seriously, I got hooked to dual subs. Even it is with the SB12-NSD and monstrous PB13-Ultra for now, the ambiance is really different.

Hi all,
I am planning to purhcase SVS PB13-ultra and sss-02. I understand PB13-ultra is a great sub woofer but not sure about bipole surround speaker (SSS-02), is it value for money and good performance? I try to arrange for a demo on SSS-02 but htkaki have send it back to singapore and I have to make an order before end of this week. Any comments? Thanks!

Can I pair a SB10-NSD with the PC12-NSD?
Will it be a mismatch or will they complement each other?

Pairing a sealed with a ported for movies, concerts primarily I presume? Shd be no problem, make sure u run Audyssey with both turned on. Of course if u have a AS-EQ1 it would do all for u.

For 2 channel music, not really recommended. Unless u can find the optimum placement for both and u can ensure u cannot localize the subs. The sealed will be easier to integrate.

The problem with ported sub pair with sealed sub is when it go below port tuning, it will out of phase which might cause phase cancellation. Also, if you do not have the AS-EQ1, you need to manually tune in the gain on both sub to be equal and in phase. If you have equal distance of your sub to your primary position, than set both of your sub phase to 0. It's tricky when it's not equal distance. Again, EQ1 highly recommended if you want to go dual sub if you do not have equal distance and same model of subwoofer.

Anyway, the SB13-Plus is at an audiophile's home now. SB12-NSD as stand-in for the moment.
