Around 450k

mine is 1st floor = 460k with belcony

So you got the last unit? how big is it? mine is 1485sq, which bank u used for loan? mind to share?

When i bought, they have 5 units including 2nd floor
After thinking for few weeks, decided to take 1st floor comes with balcony. 1462 sqft

Not sure they have sold the last unit thought

But mine also got balcony, i think small a bit, but still.
