The PS3 has always been the same, with the exception of a few hardware changes. The current ones have only 2 USB ports and no PS2 B/C (be honest, though, do you have that many ori PS2 games that you would hunt down a 60GB to play them). The PS2 compatible PS3s have hardware problems though (YLOD).

Normally, the 80GB goes for around 1.4k for SG unit and 1.5k for MY unit. The 160GB, I don't know.

I don't think Sony will replace the PS3 yet as they have lost quite a bit of cash due to the PS3. Replacing it now will make them lose cash and fans.
