its not a bug.. pyro is able to solo kongor at lvl 1.. takes 2-3 mins

if scout cant kill the enemy in 3 or 4 hit ... then say bb to him ...

the new patch makes him more imba, he got the predator skill which can gain hp from enemy. ITS GAY!

He never was. Good scouts go middle early game to abuse bottle/wards. Get to 6 before the opponents on sidelanes do, proceed to gank nonstop till you're fed. Scout shines during the gank-phase and no more.


Ideally you're supposed to win before the 25 minute mark, but then again who picks scout in high tier games?
