Cannot, Malaysian still cannot buy yet. To answer your another question in another thread, I think when we prepurchased, it already record down our country, so those account will transfer to flying spaghetti monster.
Currently we have to guess 2 things.
Either S2Games going to do IP block which no matter your account buy from where, it will block when you try to login if you in these SEA region.
Another way is they going to transfer those SEA account to flying spaghetti monster and not doing the IP block so that those US ppl that coming and stay here for certain period will be able to play.
The last is S2Games decide to do IP block and account transfer.
I had use some indirect way to asking this question in email, they still cannot give a clear answer yet.
In final,if they not going to do IP block, then we can find someone in non-SEA region create account and buy for us then we will able to bypass this restrict. (But those 500 SEA cannot bypass by that cos S2Games will move their account to flying spaghetti monster System).

Now they focus in Hon's Dream. Let ppl create heroes. They busy with this kind of thing while there are so many bug still not solved yet.

After wait 1 week no answer then request refund, now get the money back. Maliken only start talk.

"We are finalizing how we are going to deal with SEA purchasers of HoN. As of now, we're discussing giving priority access to all premium features to flying spaghetti monster for those users. We have made no formal information available because we have made no firm final decisions. If you pre purchased you won't just be a sheep in the herd."

So far we can see that we still need to go flying spaghetti monster no matter prepurchae or not, seem that the only thing can get are those flying spaghetti monster premium (Maybe early access to beta, have control on game room).

But so far I check at flying spaghetti monster website, those premium is base on month/year, so for $30 I think they only can give them 1 year premium membership, then after 1 year, they may still get back to normal players.

So far there is almost 0% to play in International server.
The only way will be when flying spaghetti monster come out something which ppl need to buy it so that they may able to play International server.
Now they are just bargain with flying spaghetti monster to get most of premium for those prepurchase ppl.

Now a lot ppl complain about new heroes and also the Dream, ppl keep make fun on dream hero creation then using multi account to push it up.
For Match making, I heard that you can choose from 3 lvl, I think all will go for pro cos it will set ur SMR abit higher. I think even newbies will choose "pro" so that can have a better SMR.
Then for public game, a lot of ppl doing pub storm to farm it up.
I feel that now International server almost same as flying spaghetti monster. Those that playing alone without a team really hard to keep the PSR up.
Luckily now they can't blame on SEA and Pinoy that cause them lose.

Dun try to using proxy to buy. It is pointless. If there is a chances for purchased people to play, they will not refund to us. (No company will like to refund if they able to provide what they had promised) Now they decide to refund that mean there will be no SEA to international server.
I decide to refund becos I dun think flying spaghetti monster premium really worth $30.00 plus I feel that it is mostly will be monthly/yearly.

Now without SEA(Mainly Malaysia and Singapore ppl) they only able to reach 20k(peak time).
Now their forum flood with a lot complain. I feel that they too rush to release it. They want set the timeframe to be 1 year from close beta that why they choose 12 May.
I join at that time(first batch).

Anyone play on new hero Gauntlet? Seem that they release this hero without going into test client first.

Gayrena and S2Games need to take how long to solve this problem?

S2Games totally no news for that.

That why I ask refund at early time. Until now the mail that they reply are all stupid answer. They not even have ball to give us the answer or any solution on it.

Actually they can simply let SEA ppl to play International by letting them purchase on flying spaghetti monster. Then S2Games get $15.00 , flying spaghetti monster get $15.00. This should able to solve the problem. Those that want to play free can keep playing on flying spaghetti monster, those pay will able to play International. All SEA ppl have to go to flying spaghetti monster to purchase so that S2Games cannot direct earn all $30 bypass flying spaghetti monster. While flying spaghetti monster have to transfer those purchase account to international server so flying spaghetti monster also cannotearn $30.00 bypass S2Games.

Dunno why they dun want to consider this.

Now they do this Hon World CUP, but almost all SEA ppl had already not playing HON for 1 month, how they gonna catchup with new hero and those balance changed?

No point keeping money at there while no one want to solve our problem.

They sign agreement with gayrena which promise to launch server at end of May, later they delay to mid and end of Jun, I think later they delay until starcraft2 release.
What is so hard for gayrena to do it? They no need coding, no need fix bug, just take the HON server program and install on good hardware then can start let ppl beta test for 2 week. After that it can "release" for these 4 countries ppl to play.
Dunno why need to take so long. S2Games should sue them for delaying the marketing on their games and causing bad reputation to their company.
