Now a lot ppl complain about new heroes and also the Dream, ppl keep make fun on dream hero creation then using multi account to push it up.
For Match making, I heard that you can choose from 3 lvl, I think all will go for pro cos it will set ur SMR abit higher. I think even newbies will choose "pro" so that can have a better SMR.
Then for public game, a lot of ppl doing pub storm to farm it up.
I feel that now International server almost same as flying spaghetti monster. Those that playing alone without a team really hard to keep the PSR up.
Luckily now they can't blame on SEA and Pinoy that cause them lose.

I paid for the account ages ago, tried today and can login to the servers with no issue. They're not blocking SEA, just that quite a lot of guys from the region don't want to pay to play. The whiners can go to flying spaghetti monster and play.

1) can we play on S2 server later . ?
2) if cant . can we use proxy server to play on S2 server ? will it lag etc ?

Dun try to using proxy to buy. It is pointless. If there is a chances for  purchased people to play, they will not refund to us. (No company will like to refund if they able to provide what they had promised) Now they decide to refund that mean there will be no SEA to international server.
I decide to refund becos I dun think flying spaghetti monster premium really worth $30.00 plus I feel that it is mostly will be monthly/yearly.

Now without SEA(Mainly Malaysia and Singapore ppl) they only able to reach 20k(peak time).
Now their forum flood with a lot complain. I feel that they too rush to release it. They want set the timeframe to be 1 year from close beta that why they choose 12 May.
I join at that time(first batch).

I apologize for the way you feel.  Unfortunately this was a decision we made after looking at all of our other options.  Many players in the SEA region are unable to purchase HoN, so we felt this was the fairest thing to do.

We haven't been giving out news because we aren't responsible for it at this point - we are waiting on flying spaghetti monster to fulfill their end.

I'm sorry that you feel the way you do but we appreciate your feedback.

Give it time and see number of users grow leap and bounds. I have seen ppl donate for stupid FB games up to USD50-100... me is one of them. plenty of WOW players in SEA and i didnt see them complaining paying monthly?

After reading thier replies, Part 1 seems to read like this.....

Part 2 Seems to read like this

Thats how I read them anyways, funny....even reading it like this gives me some kind of hope....but then looking at part 1 of the email It seems like they won't have a special benefit for us who bought early....'A contract is a contract afterall'
