ichiban kuji items are only sold in japan.

its like a lottery.. u have to buy certain amount of lottery tickets to be one of the few to win the item.

of course certain ichiban kuji figures are released into the market for sale. but only after the lottery is over

actually hor.. USD400 for US ppl is only 10% of their earning if earn USD4000 a month. And it's not THAT hard to earn that much..with proper qualification in a reasonable job that is.
