I quit on Malaysia's RO already but considering iRO, have any of you guys played on iRO? is it better? maybe their updates are faster, no bots, friendly and no kill stealing?

i hate all the bots around mRO, made a complain before, but they did nothing.

I am wondering would there be anybody kind enough to let me download the full "Have you smiled today?" client from their pc? all the starter installations cds has being sold out.. and i need it to play ro... so sad.

I am wondering why servers such as iRO could maintain its integrity of no-bots server. I've played there and there is a super big difference on bots usage compared to malaysia RO. Everytime i thought about this, i wonder what are the admins here in malaysian RO is doing, if thats the way they are earning money (by not restricting the use of bots) in the long run they will get fewer and fewer people playing. I have stopped playing malaysian RO for sometime, everytime i thought of playing again i reluctant to do because simply.. there is no point, there would be bots everywhere. Just wasting time and money to play in malaysia RO, might as well play single other offline player RPG games.

I know i am not supposed to mention private server in this forum but its mentioned is just to compare how an official server could do worst than an unofficial server, in fact i happen to know that private servers maintain their RO gameplay way better than how they maintain the malaysia server. People there are very nice and organized. No one vends on the streets, all on the sidewalk. Can't even find a single bot there. Everyone is very helpful.

Conclusion. Feel so dissappointed for malaysia RO.

I guess you are one of the botters then. The numbers of actualy players are decreasing actually, bots ruin the fun and i know many people are bored of RO because of that. If bots are the way to go, they might as well design RO and ship an official RO botting program for their players. Then iRO and the rest of the worldwide servers could post a tutorial on their website saying "GUIDES AND INSTRUCTIONS TO RUN BOTS IN RO".

Initial people might find using bots help build up your characters and increase the aquisition rate of rare items better but in the end we are just spoiling the fun. Like buying an original game then immediately use a cheat code to see the ending. Whats the fun of that? might as well don't play in the first place.

I believe you could be true that some people might think of it as fun and some might not. Anyway i guess no point debating over this issue, least it is still a gameflier property and they can decide what they gonna do to it not us:lol:

For me i guess i fall into the "some might not find it fun" category when bot is around. I know how to bot but to me thats not fun. In fact it might be a reason for PVP but to me if i want to build a character for PVP or War of Emperium i rather do it from scratch myself... you can sort of like feel an attachment to your character.

You are very direct on delivering your thoughts. I guess you are tired of seeing characters teleporting at random to either ks or steal your drops. Haha..

i think it would be cool if the admin could make the standard eRO servers to be PVP randomly on a week. Then we can go in and hunt bots.
