Then use the server's patcher to install the server's latest patch. |

Orleans Robes are for trans class only. But very few people wearing phen or orleans robe on default. They're usually used as swapping gear.
Generally casters now days have low cast time, so usually the spell would be casted before it can be interrupted. |
