Multiply that by 2 if you have soul link. I haven't factored in Gospel's +20 to all stats and +100% ATK. Also, good players will dual weapon with one quad marina or [SK Tgen x2 Vrand] and one more thana infiltrator. In either situation its a guarantee one shot with full buffs. Wait for renewal if you still love RO, then SB will be nerfed badly.
