1.Best water cool setup - Go for custom watercooling, if you want more extreme go for watercooling chiller setup!~ 2.Maybe the difference interm of performance between air cool and water cool. - Watercooling is always silence than air cooler. WC performance always better compared to air cooler. Check out extremesystem.org and you can refer some result overthere. 3.Maybe differentiate between celcius? which is better? - Of course WC is better. maybe 10 degrees or 20 degrees better than high end air cooling if you get the right combination + suitable loops for watercooling. since thermaltake speedo advance package got a fan on the other side aswell
