Anyone try to cancel their Citibank CC b4?? When i try to cancel thru phone, the operator will tell me i cannot cancel thru phone and someone from citibank will call me back. Darn until now still nobody call. 
I guess Citibank is trying to persuade you to keep your card. If not, high chance is they are currently loaded with heavy processing .... cancellation ... hehe.Just called Customer Service again. Say you MUST cancel your card. Asked them to give you the number to fax to. Else go to their website, there's an email add there.
