Anyone try to cancel their Citibank CC b4?? When i try to cancel thru phone, the operator will tell me i cannot cancel thru phone and someone from citibank will call me back. Darn until now still nobody call.

I think DirectAccess was trying to send Platinum cards to massive cardmember, whether eligible or not, by 31/12/2009.
In this way, the anniversary date of these newly issued cards will be December 2010. Many friends of mine have taken the new cards and cancelled their existing Gold cards. |
