I noticed that there's no thread here highlighting free iPhone games (other than the AppVent thread, which is an event by itself). So here's a new thread and if you have news on what games (hopefully nice ones) are up for free on the App Store, kindly share the title and the link to everyone via this thread. Also, if you have promo codes to give away, you can put up a notice here as well. Let's get the ball rolling: Previously given out: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « At the moment I have 5 promo codes to give away for VernX ( http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/vernx/id337460430?mt=8. It's a pretty nice puzzle game that sells for USD 0.99. If you want a promo code, kindly PM me. Promo codes are given out on a first come first serve basis and please be sure to have a US iTunes account, I don't think these codes work on the Malaysian App Store... Here's a screen cap of the game: *edited coz of typos This post has been edited by zorocaster: Dec 13 2009, 06:30 PM

QUOTE(Kernkraft400 @ Dec 13 2009, 06:25 PM) How did you get those promo codes, if you don't mind telling me? Basically a couple of indie developers asked whether I was interested in reviewing their game, since I write about iPhone games on my blog, Nine Over Ten 9/10. I found it to my liking, so then they asked whether can I help promote their game. Added on December 13, 2009, 6:34 pmFirst post updated. Now I'm out of Promo Codes for VernX. Much appreciated if you guys can put up links to games undergoing promotions (e.g. available for free for a limited time) and of course promo codes. These indie developers that created VernX are locals or they are foreigners?

Following tinkerbel suggestion, I'm posting this here instead of the recommended games thread.
Ice Age: was $1.99 > $0.99 (Damn! already bought it at the already sale price at $1.99)
Spore origins: $1.99 > $0.99
F.A.S.T. is now FREE! (Correction: Downloaded this one and it seems this is the FREE version but they didn't put the Free/Lite Tag on the icon as usual, clever)
SEED is FREE as well!
