Good evening, i would like to check if you can fix my HP lcd monitor

1. HP w2228h
2. I suspect the problem is either with the CCFL tube or the Inverter. The backlight would suddenly dim out, however when i flashlight the screen, i can see the content. After switching the monitor off for a few hours and then turning it back on, the backlight would be working again for an uncertain amount of time until the same problem occurs once again, and so it repeats.
3. Never repair before as no problem occurred until now
