Hi, I got a problem with my 19' LCD Dell monitor. It's a 4yrs old monitor, the monitor can on for 1-2sec only and it goes blackout. Off the monitor n on it back, again 2 sec later it goes blackout. Wat is the prob behind? How much it cost to repair? Thxs
