Hi, I stay in Ampang..

I got a Samsung SynMaster 920NW LCD monitor..

Problem: When the LCD connected no input, the Samsung welsome screen with no input detected will display for 2-3 secs and then goes off
(very dim). When input is connected, no screen will be display and can't see anything, or sometimes display the input n some how display white
blank screen for 2-3 secs n goes off again..But all these happen with power remain on..

Technicians have checked the power board but all components are under good condition..

Is this result from LCD bulb problem? or inverter problem? or VGA Board problem?
Around how much to repair?
