hi all! i just got this error code; E74 displayed when i boot up my x360...it's not the rings of death since only the bottom right light is flashing red. I've read it up online, and i'm glad to find that this is under the extended 3years warranty... now...my xbox is 2 years old...got it from GH...so how do i go ahead doing the warranty claims? appreciate your help here thanks in advance!!!!!

You pay RM300 and console to GH & wait.
Or you can call XBOX support line and make yourself available to singapore on the nextday onwards. You need a SG address if you choose to go to SG yourself. The Service hub is at Funan Plaza.

sobs, how long do i have to wait; if i were to sent to GH and if i were to go down SG But anyway, in the exchange for the new one, do they port my stuff over? *save games, profile etc etc. thanks again!  btw; what do i need to return in order to do the exchange? just the console itself w/wo hdd? what abt the controller, cables, power brick and etc. Oh, and how would they know its 2 years old?
