i bought a toshiba 6 around 4 months ago from lowyat. it has 2 year official warranty. now im having issue with its speaker and harddisk. my receipt is currently missing. so my question here =
1) can i claim warranty w/o receipt?
2) should i take it back to the shop i bought from?i dont really remember which shop i bought from == or should i directly to service centre? Where is the location of toshiba service centre .
