I bought the T110 Intel SU2700 cpu not the i3. Toshiba bundled applications are very GOOD & user friendly!!!

Apala, you are referring to a totally different notebook

I like the slim design of the T110/130, but the new keyboard buttons need time to get used to though, and the glossy designs! Wah, everyday need to clean haha    But they will never look old though kekeke!
Yup, the PC Health monitor and HDD Protection are rather good programs. SmartFace Technology is not that impressive though

All new Toshiba notebooks come with 32-bit and 64-bit option, meaning that you can revert/change to 64-bit/ 32-bit at will  Well, 32-bit is okay, just that cannot fully utilize the RAM lo  The difference can be big especially while gaming.

Just went to Teledynamics today. Yes, the guys there are aware of this problem which only occurs in the Satellite M500-S433. No problems for the Portege M900 which is using the same GPU. They said that they are trying to solve the problem so in the meantime, we can check for updates via NVIDIA/ Toshiba from time to time. I will post updates should there be any news 

I'm typing the same things but to a different person zzz... and its a fact what, no matter how many times I type also won't change the fact

Yea, I kind of know how to convert to 64-bit already but the people at Teledynamics don't really recommend it. Need to reformat everything to change the OS. U can do that either through using the recovery discs, or through the Toshiba system drive 

Sorry to hear about your experience with the M500. Hope your new notebook won't give us as much problems~
Let's just hope Toshiba will do something with this model if not many people will be pissed off haha 

The weird sound you guys referring to is the "transformers- like" sound isit?
I think that's probably caused by sudden program loading ^^ It happens when running a lot of programs 

Isit? If you ask me I think its because of the "boosting" effect of the core i5

Nope, after I open box myself, the first start up of my Qosmio F60 lead me to choose between 32/64 bit Window 7. I chose 64bit but partition my harddisk wrongly until it only got <60 gb if not mistaken, then I did a system restore by switching on my laptop while pressing number 0. The same happen, it will ask you to choose 32/64bit window 7 and to set the size of your harddisk. Just follow on screen instructions.

When I 1st bought my Qosmio F60, they insisted on loading 32-bit system for me.... in the end I have to convert to 64-bit myself  After conversion the feather-touch buttons (multimedia buttons) don't work anymore... Teledynamic guys are stupid and couldn't find a solution for the problem and they were like "Why you change to 64-bits in the 1st place?" LOL 
Managed to fixed the problem myself in the end... 

If I'm not mistaken, the Norton program will pop up during startup... then can activate from there. If not you can try to find it in the Windows panel or via "search". Should have 1 

Find the drivers of equivalent Qosmio F60 units from the US  They don't have BD531 there but others still works because they all support 64-bit systems. All Toshiba laptops there comes with 64-bit OS on purchase

No la... all Toshiba laptops come with the option to choose 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7 one 
You just need to convert depending on which one you want~
