How much would the ideal price for a 2-storey terrace house at Pandan Perdana be? With or without renovation.
Plus, anyone knows what is the launched price for houses in this area?
Thanks!!

IMHO, Pandan Perdana is quite a good place. Next to MRR2, very near to KL, Jusco nearby. The minus parts are just congested traffic (well you know, MRR2) and the sound from motors.
I am not sure about the crime rate because it's Cheras. |

Its leasehold too if u don mind about it. A lot of houses there are rented out to factory workers.

QUOTE(Tohsan @ Jan 12 2010, 02:28 PM) I've seen house ranging from 290k and above...Ranging from 290k to 480k The 290k comes with termites infestation too There is a decent corner lot at 450k just beside the turn in from MRR2 but it will sure cost a bomb later during reno |
