lucky i bought phase 1, firts booking for S1 type but after consult wif bank i can go to M type. so i buy a M type. now my M type same price wif S type on phase 2. I already sign LO wif UOB bank. Next monday will sign for loan agreement.

When do you all want make a small TT. So we can discuss about JMB for our property have a good maintenance n from that our property will have increase value.

hi just get a LO from UOB bank. i get RM 4160 for legal fees. is it a price after discount? and my MRTA is RM 5171.

Anyone get below from this by OUB please inform me. if all is correct i want sign loan aggrement on this saturday. Anyway my loan lawyer is SnP lawyer (Anuar n Chandran)

I bought from phase 1 n my price is RM207,988. I think no discount for me for legal fees. who take UOB loan plz share info wif me. My SA from UOB is celine and if u all get discount from her so i want get that to. Anyone take loan from other bank also can share your loan legal fees to here. It better for us to compare who give a best price.

i just now i call my lawyer n UOB SA, So my legal fees RM4160 before discount include into my loan but after loan disburment to developer n lawyer balance discount for legal fees get back to me by lawyer. thats mean i get $ from my lawyer.

it is better we put legal fees in loan or we just pay cash to the lawyer

The road that link to kinrara and kesas under going construction. Maybe this years will finish the job. So it will take 5 minute to kinrara next time.

hai

last week i received a letter from UOB Bank (my home loan bank) , they inform to me that i have to pay my first installment of RM21.00 before 05/06/2010. i just want to know why i have to pay that amount becoz what i know is the interest pay by developer. it is a MRTA interest that i have to pay?

please give me some info if u guys know something about this
