hi,i`m new here.i already purchase 1 unit at 1120 park avenue.my unit is type s,tower 1,the balkony is facing west.can i know anybody here also having a unit with balkony facing west?I`m worry about the hot sun in the evening,a bit regret to have a facing west unit,coz the window for master bedroom also facing west.mayb i`m thinking too much about that.

this morning went to wisma peter.phase two will b launch on this friday.one of the sa told me.b ready for those who going to get a unit in phase two..

Ur opinion can b good info,but sometime giving too much of opinion is not so good.it may hurt the purchaser of 1120.i`m not showing any offence here.hehe

agree..agree..the developer will not tell puchaser 100% about their project.so s a puchaser,v must work out ourself to find out the true.hehe..

what is mean by sinking fund?

jz nw went to wisma peter for signing agreement.Show unit(2nd) floor have been close for the public for viewing.The 4.5 years promotion is still available for 2nd phase.BUT tomorrow for those who want to get a unit in 2nd phase,need to take number and q up..hehe..good luck..

jz nw 12pm still nobody q up infront wisma peter yet,but 12am tonite is different story.hehe..waa..more than 100 ppl register for phase two.

yalor,r v(1st phase buyer) consider s public.but jz nw i went to wisma peter the guard don`t let me go in,until i say i hv appointment with lawyer only he let me go tru.

sorry type wrongly,is 1000,not 100.so it is very high demand.hehe.by sat will drop by wisma peter and c still got any unit available or not.

Yalor,someone should open a lowyat booth in front of wisma peter.Beside for buyer registration,also can sell all those pancake,cup corn,ice-cream,soft drink.hehe..is a good business opportunity.
