hi,i`m new here.i already purchase 1 unit at 1120 park avenue.my unit is type s,tower 1,the balkony is facing west.can i know anybody here also having a unit with balkony facing west?I`m worry about the hot sun in the evening,a bit regret to have a facing west unit,coz the window for master bedroom also facing west.mayb i`m thinking too much about that.

Ur opinion can b good info,but sometime giving too much of opinion is not so good.it may hurt the purchaser of 1120.i`m not showing any offence here.hehe

jz nw went to wisma peter for signing agreement.Show unit(2nd) floor have been close for the public for viewing.The 4.5 years promotion is still available for 2nd phase.BUT tomorrow for those who want to get a unit in 2nd phase,need to take number and q up..hehe..good luck..

phase 1 come with 2 car park,my unit come with 2 cover car park.but without all the free gift,2 air-cond,shower glass and shower point.2 of my fren book type S2 at 8th floor RM215K and Type S2 at 7th floor RM212k.waa..expensive la.
