Seriously I think you guys (owners) need to get together in a facebook group or something to sort these things out or come out and talk. I've tried to called the developer just today as I was curious to know if there are any available unit left before I bumped into this thread. What was happening is really a surprised to me.

The same happened to the condo I bought in Cheras (Vistaria Residensi) which, the developer only started the foundation work about 1 year after the soft launched which makes us (owners) worried like sh*t. Thank heavens it's resuming work now - just started 5th floor last week.
