Well, I can't see a lot of sour grape in the forum, especially those that didn't buy a unit in 1120 Park Avenue. Thanks for all your negative comments, really appreciate that to scared those first time buyers and investers. You guys did a great job in putting negative comments and thoughts.

For those who purchase a unit here, I hope you all can have a positive mind set and pray that this project will run smoothly and on time for the next 2 and half years. No point complaining and feeling anxious about your new home. Let's move forward and see the project up and running and in due time you were be getting your keys to your new home.
