I get my loan from UOB.The legal fees u need to nego with lawyer not the bank..The bank will charge standard rate which is 2% of ur purchase price.

Lawyer told me to discuss with bank.We cannot get bek cash from them.mayb the balance they will reduce principal..better to pay cash...My legal fee is RM2500 if pay cash.If include in the loan is RM3300.

I passed by today.Only got crane there..Piling is not done yet.Just wonder when they are gonna start the construction.
