The Bintang chain has been bought over by Giant. N there is one Bintang outlet in Sri Manja, considering quite near the condo too.

IC. That plot of land u mentioned indeed has a MBPJ notice board there...proposing of building a 1.5 storey hypermarket.

Here are the the photos of the construction site which I took in this morning (24/10/10).








Good news is that the construction signboard is finally up! It is not along the road if u are coming from the turn where the Shell is at ur left. U have to turn into the small road after passing the Petronas station.
A few workers were working there during my visit. Hopefully the project will run smoothly and complete in time.

The NPE toll cut down is really a good news coz I use it everyday!

I wrote an email to them too and they gave the same reply.
Apart from that, i inquired of the ceiling height.
Below is the 1120 reply on that:
"In terms of the height of the ceiling, it is approximately over 9 feet."

I assume ur picture no.21, 22 & 23 are showing the car park for phase 2 blocks?

I went to the site this morning about 8.15 a.m and there were a lots of construction activities going-on.
Although it is a Sunday morning but there are definitely more than 20 workers working all over the site.
Good sign to be seen.
