i'm also deciding whether to buy back a 5800 or buy a 5530.
I find myself using the GPS to locate myself in Kuching once when me and my friends don't know where we were.
But now I got that place sorted, I don't think I'd be needing one.

The 2 phones are identical in terms of everything except dimensions, design, 3G and GPS.
Also the contacts home screen is cool. But I'm sure I'll miss the GPS, and the soon to be useful 3G.

I dunno, with others I know using the 5800, I wouldn't want a phone that looks almost identical, but with less features.
I think a WiFi would be better suited for me instead of 3G for now.

Funny, are you sure you were properly connected to your wiFi at home?
It happened to me once, somehow the browser didn't want to connect to my home router.
Make sure the WiFi spot is your highest priority connection.

I'd do a complete format as a safety precaution. Happened to me some time ago with mine but only one time and it had not appear again since. Mine was a slower class 4 BTW. Heard class 2 had problems similar to this a while back.

Maybe home screen, but maybe coincidence. Uninstall and see what happens.
