my tube is kinda acting weird..the screen acts funny. sometimes cannot touch also didnt respon, sometimes if you touch number 1, number 5 will get recognized..huhu. and sometimes the screen acts like i dunno how to describe it.. i think i got few days of warranty left.

my question is

1) how to check whether my phone is still under warranty

2) did i need to bring receipt or warranty card to claim warranty? I have lost my receipt and the warranty card is still empty. i didnt post anything to them.

what should i looking for? i saw a hologram avaxx sticker. on that sticker shows 2009 and no of month... im planning to go to ncc today. which one should i go?

i just reformatted my tube just now and it has only one theme. i think its standard

but i dunno the exact date i bought it. i have lost the receipt and the warranty card also i didnt fill in. can go to ncc bring the phone only ke?

i have gone to ncc at plaza berjaya yesterday and have to leave my phone there for estimated 3 days. for about 1 hours sitting there waiting my turn. almost 70% of people who collecting n wanna claim warranty there is a nokia 5800. luckily i didnt buy ap set..

did your phone recognized your sim? maybe your have activated a flight mode.. got any signal bar or operator name from the screen?

yesterday i asked how huch did it cost to change the whole housing, she said rm147. so i doubt it cost free..she didnt mention anything free..

aiya, im still waiting for the ncc to call me to pick up my tube. btw, im a little bit confused bout my warranty. as far as i remember i bought my tube on 11 jan last year, but how come the warranty end 2 feb 2010? hurm..

try to reset your devide to factory setting..
