why my garmin mobile always crash with my 5800? It always hang there and stuck during using special symbols.

I'm using V31.0.101 firmware while I had done hard reset and format my memory card. But it still the same. Anyway to solve it?

Having the same problem as well, using 31.0.101

What do i do to avoid this problem? totally don't use the special symbols option, when doing spelling, just avoid the * key and it should not hang. if for instance looking for say, mamak al-insaf, just key in al insaf without the "-" and it will still come out.. please take note i am not promoting any mamak stalls, just example laugh.gif

One more thing, also try to avoid moving the map around when you have zoomed in, that one also will cause the tube to hang, for mine that is. Just avoid symbols when spell name and avoid map moving and it should work fine. If you need something more reliable, then Garmin Nuvi would be the best option.

Just installed latest malfreemaps and will have a go later today, looks good.
