the technology still new that's why the price high as well, if really wanna get this type of phone will have to wait at least 1-2 years with different model (this is same during the n95 time) 

Im neither magician nor working for Nokia, but there were some discussions out there about v41 and the related issues / bugs, if u see abt 5 or 6 pages back my thought was re-confirmed by J-Slade wen he went for the X6 launch.

From my view, the firmware should be out last year December but was delayed due to some other issues arrive upon kinetic scrolling installed into N5800XM, Nokia developers have Nokia 5800XM with kinetic scrolling installed    .. but it wont be released since the bugs are not fixed yet.

So, we'll just need wait for them to announce officially ..

Just wondering, is there a forum that has all the S60 softwares there? Like maybe a specialised forum for Symbian?
