Nokia map seem like a big improvement... using the latest one. They even updated their map. Garmin still rules though... however, Nokia Map is faster because it has lesser detail. You will hate it though because unlike Garmin, they dont rotate according to your direction. It makes your head spin.

This sort of thing really requires interest and some computer related knowledge. Its not easy for first timer especially ladies, when it comes to term with hacking, updating etc which they wont get involved with. They can cope with simple installation and such. And then we also have those paranoid type who were too afraid to venture on their own unless being given a double or triple confirmation.
