so far every patch that available on the net unable to disable the camera shutter sound for latest v31.0.101 firmware. 
but the camera image compression mod still do the trick 

Place the 10282EDC.txt (rename it from the attachment) into C:\Private\10202be9\ (hacked phone needed).
This actually change the default image jpg compression level from 85 > 100 some body saying this "might" improve a "little" bit of the image quality loh. You can check whether the patch is working or not after rebooting and the photo image size will increase if it patch ok 

Hmmm... how u patch the shutter sound ah? i try to apply the patch but it won't stick, after a reboot the patch file will automatic dissapear from the C: drive

Cert file and killme file is different.

Cert file should be named the same as your IMEI numbers.

for me, nokia t9 never failed, especially compare to those m******a. the keypad soo responsive. for the 5800 the ts also very good and fast for typing. but most of all this will user dependent. what i like the most will be the cost vs features for th 5800, never ever any phone offer such technologies with this price tag.

Well, I'm just asking for users experience feedback and I guess there is no harm in learning more about the case before encountering it. If I know some users had experienced dealt with service centre which they managed to claim, then I can try further to negotiate if they're refusing upon me. Else I might just walk-away without wasting extra saliva on them.

I'm sorry regarding the firmware version updates on FP, my bad. But please, think people may be looking for "other" information than just purely YES or NO on warranty claims service thingy. I always believed users experience are the best to being shared.

I try to do a backup via my phone (Apps-->File Manager--> Backup), but then it prompted: "Unable to perform the operation. Memory Full, plz close some apps n try again".

I already checked, there are no apps running on the background. And I already clear my browser cache to free up some memory, but still, the operation failed.

Can any sifu's out there willing to guide me?

You can check the garmin site. Now only 99USD purchase for the application is available.
