I found solution for you, lucky weekend for u .. follow below instructions carefully, ..

Camera Sound Off - THIS IS NOT CCAM, THIS IS BUILT IN NOKIA CAMERA PATCH
1. Uninstall the previous version of the Camera Off (MUST !)
2. Restart the fone
3. After restart, sign & install this http://www.2shared.com/file/10108842/17c98..._Sound_Off.html
4. Set WARNING TONES to OFF under all pofiles ..
5. Take a snapshot, without sound ..

(I'm using this Camera Sound Off i my v31.0.101

Orange Tornado HS
1. Sign with your CER & KEY http://www.2shared.com/file/10108857/7eb84...ome_Orange.html
2. Install & Restart
3. From themes selection choose "Orange"

Goto MY COMPUTER (Right Click) - > MANAGE - > SERVICE & APPLICATIONS section -> SERVICES (look right panel & scroll down)

Restart the service and reconnect your phone ..

PIN2 is from ure telco .. default is 1234 .. maxis i think 0123 .. pls call n ask

yes, i snapped after my cam shutter off and the HQ patch .. back in October 2009 .. i think

Just a small and basic tips ..

a. PIN1 (User Set) Default is always 1234

b. PUK1 (Can get from Telco or ure Starter pack, more than 10 times got UK1 the SIM card will self destruct, replacement of new SIM is a must)

c. PIN2 Usually 1234 / 0123 / 0000 depends on telco's decision, its not to worry if u blocked once, u still can call telco and ask for PUK2 to unblock PIN2

d. PUK2 (Must get from telco, Starterpack usually dont have, more than 10 times got UK1 the SIM card will self destruct, replacement of new SIM is a must)
