I think thats probably cos Iphone is really useless what. Its more towards multimedia than a smartphone/pda anyway. Symbian on has a lot more to offer even though Nokia could have done better. Cant really complain much considering that N97 cost twice as much but function pretty much the same except for a couple things like KS.

hi to all 5800 users... i m having prob with my 5800 here... i used to surf the net using 5800 web browser... but sometimes, the web browser will close by itself... any1 can guide me how to solve tis??

yo bro... It's because the page u were loading is too big too heavy, like more than 1mb or 2mb, then the browser will crash. It's a known issue, no solution yet.

The only solution is to use opera browser beta, there are 2: opera mobile 10 beta or opera mini 5 beta. 10 uses a lot of RAM but i like it more.

I just found out there's a Google Chrome Mobile Beta. So I've downloaded it and gave it a try.

From my test:



1) page load fast.
2) support potrait and landscape mode
3) youtube can't watch video though, when switch to standard video option will open up real player but still failed to show anything
4) no tab browsing (well at least I haven't found it yet, will update on this)

other than that I'm still checking it out.

p/s: I didn't include landscape mode snaps, cause somehow the bottom part 'the menu bar thingie' take half of the screen, really doesn't do it's justice

Guide

1. Download this file .
2. Then extract the contents of the zip file to the c:\private\10207254.
3. You need ROM Patcher installed with C2Z patch enabled for this homescreen to work.
4. Copy the C2Z System Activate.rmp to E:\Patches folder
5. Activate ROM Patcher -> C2Z System Activate.
6. Then goto homescreen theme and select basic.
7. Enjoy the new Homescreen.
