proximity and light sensors are the same i think CyberSundayz just confused on the word "Light Sensor" which means the ambient light sensor which blinks when a call missed / sms received.

The firmware battery calibration is not accurate it seems, I have the same situation, but i dont mind .. once batt near kong, i plug in charger, also i have vehicle charger when i use GPS, helps alot too

some very very special custom made wallpaper for all, each single operator .. for individual taste

Hard reset .. hold GREEN button + RED button + CAMERA button simultaneously then on the fone, wait until it asks for Country Selection.

u never do hard reset before? .. u shud do this wen u take fone form vendor at 1st ..

No, mine is 2.03, MODO is removed bcos its no use at all

trial version cannot edit n save ehermm..

Added on January 8, 2010, 9:09 pmgreat ! .. congratulations, tats all .. now u can uninstall hello ox2 .. its no need anymore, let the ROM patcher be there forever and replace the Patches folder which contains all the .rmp files with mine, delete all the .rmp files.

After replace all the patches with mine, just launch ROM Patcher and the tick Installer Server and Open System Files to open the system access, now u can install any SIS/SISX after signing without worry.

Nokia 5800XM is a smartphone, the battery is not a normal battery, they have intergrated board in the battery to accept and produce limited powers.

The exact charger is uses Input 110v / 240v and Output DC 5.0 volts / 890 mA .. never use other than this as this will spoil and reduce the battery lifespan.

Its common people "pinjam" charger in case of emergency from friends to charge.

Nokia Charger Exchange Programme

Nokia has announced an exchange program for a limited number of Nokia-branded chargers manufactured by a third party supplier. We have determined that the plastic covers of the affected chargers could come loose and separate, exposing the charger’s internal components and potentially posing an electric shock hazard if certain internal components are touched while the charger is plugged into a live socket. While we are not aware of any incidents or injuries related to the affected chargers, as a precautionary measure, we will exchange affected charger models free-of-charge. The affected chargers are those manufactured by BYD between June 15, 2009 and August 9, 2009 and with the following model types: AC -3U, AC-3E and those manufactured by BYD between April 13, 2009 and October 25, 2009 and with the following model type AC-4U.

Affected chargers may have been sold with a Nokia device or purchased separately as an accessory.Your charger is not impacted by this action if you purchased it before June 15, 2009 for models AC-3U and AC-3E and before April 13, 2009 for model AC-4U or it is a similar charger model manufactured by any other supplier. The reliability and quality of our products, is Nokia’s top priority. If you have confirmed that your charger is eligible to be replaced, we advise that you stop using it, and seek a free replacement charger. An exchange program has been arranged for all markets in which affected chargers have been sold.

To minimize inconvenience to Nokia customers, the exchange will take place at the country level.

im using QuickOffice AM to read my documents while out of office, its rare i edit since doing work in phone and pc is totally different, mine compatible with Ms Office 2007 too .. mine can edit, however its useless since the screen is too small compared to laptop

I dont use any other lock utilities from 3rd party, they're just waste and resource eaters, stock Nokia features are enuf for me

install as normal u install the .SIS/.SISX files .. why gt so many files? i tot its only single .SIS/.SISX file, u download mobile version of pc version
