Goto Menu>Apps>Setup Wizzard, run it and run the operator setting you can choose what ISP detail u wanna restore.

hmmm, something to share about the widget, if we have any widget install within the memory card, most of the time if the memory card got corruption (or partially), only the widget shortcut become multiple and it can't be restore (sometime it can be restore with a reboot). ONLY WIDGET affected and not others normal sis/java installations.

yah, do some search and 5800xm still not supported loh... too bad they just simply put the 5800xm directly under the page but if u look clearly that's not the internet radio but a normal FM tuner application for the 5800xm WHAT A HOAX!!

yah... wait for a while also till i decided to kill some time by organise my memory card accordingly as perfect backup so later once the new firmware release I can directly format every shit out of it then just direct copy paste from my hard drive hehe

Also kill some time by studying how the sd memory so easy to corrupt and what to prevent also how theme files should be organise, get familiar with this this that that setting, try this try that... ling ling long long... sure can "patienly" wait for that so call update firmware one

yeah, the 5800xm (not sure about others smartphone lah cause i dont have them) sure easily require a hard reset if:

1. you install some modify theme which require manual file patching.
2. you connect your phone as mass storage and #$@%^%#%% happen.
3. you remove your mem card not properly.
4. you hack your phone and install @#$%^&^%& within.

so, if u don't wanna hard reset your phone then just keep do below:

1. don't connect the usb shit.
2. don't remove the memory without power off the hp first.
3. don't put !@#$%%^^** into your phone at once (it will search every single dam files within to get it regconice).
4. don't hack your phone.
5. only install proper signed applications.

I've try the SymSMB before but no luck on setting it up

not hard problem lah, but some minor annoy thing that make my hand ichy to press those "4 button" when it occur like:

1. mess up shortcut (especially the widget apps).
2. boot up hang (have to remove batt manually to off when hang and have to remove sd card to be able to boot up)
3. image/song listing took loooooooooonggggggg time to load.
4. some where here here there there took loooooooonggggg time to load.

it won't do good for me at work cause my hp can't access the WiFi at my office (WPA2 cert sec).
I've try it at my home WiFi and it unable to get my laptop share drive (might be due to the sharing profile at my work laptop not allow the access).

hehe, high chances you have too many files within your mem card or the card already have corrupted file within which causing the extraaaaaaaaaaa looooooongggggg time for the gallery to load up (or will hang there forever till you cancel it).

another sample of mem card corruption

obviously your mem card got corrupted files within do below to get it done again:

1. backup your important things.
2. connect your usb as mass storage or use a card reader.
3. FULL FORMAT the mem card
4. install back your backup.

to prevent future corruption, DO NOT connect usb as mass storage.

use wifi if u able to setup the symsmb or symnas, if failed (like me) just use the bluetooth loh

the way i use i s for the first backup restore i just use the mass storage as it's new setup, afterward i will use bt as it's only a few mb transfer.

Added on January 2, 2010, 12:33 amalthough u can delete the items but after the disk scan it will remove any corruption it detected so u might as well loosing something else that u're not aware off, for me the scandisk just not really useful an prefer a full format and re-setup.

u need to properly full format it before u re-install back the backups.
so far using the usb mass storage easily causing corruption (known bug)
if really wanna trransfer some huge files of massive qty of files i do suggest below method:

1. shutdown the phone
2. take out the mem card
3. transfer with card reader
4. plug back the card
5. boot up the phone

if all above still causing corruption then it highly suspected due to the nokia internal file system handling which i don't think we able to resolve.
as u notice the internal file system scan the whole mem storage for known file type like music/image files and automatic create thumbnail store within wherever those images store folder.

so my opinion would be if we mass transfer exp 100+ files and the phone will require massive amount of time to do the job and if during it doing it's job and some "un-patience" user go and interrupt the process like shut off the phone then this "might" causing the corruption to happen.

There another promising browser which support flash upto v10 is the skyfire which currently pending releasing on Jan (never try it though).
FB game have few version some required less comprehensive flash and will be able to play using the default browser but some more advance game require highier version full flash support browser to be enable

512Mb Ram?? u sure about that? the spec list saying it's same as the N97 original with 128Mb Ram only leh?
