Phone vibrating problem continous is a very common among symbian phone. I have seen it happen to n82,n96 and n95 and even my 5800.

Try taking the battery out for 5 mins or so and put it back in and see if some changes. If the problem persists, do a hard reset, and if hard reset dont work. take it to NCC.

If still cant .. N900

I cant live without vibrates.
It makes u feel like u actually pressing on something then thin air. Sometimes i can sms with my 5800XM without looking but without vibrating i dunno did i pressed the button or not

5800XM is kinda weak . N97 is alittle stronger compared
