i had submit a parcel to pos office on tis monday (7/12)..using pos daftar..but the problem is..until today i still cant check the status of my parcel..after i key in the reference number, the result is "Your Reference Number does not exist". This is my 1st time sending out the goods to customer, my customer sms me tis mornng and asking me about his parcel..i m so worry about it...any1 can tell me wat's going on and share some experience?Thanks..

Pos Malaysia tracking system sucks.

Try calling the post office and ask them.

pos daftar usually takes up to 1 or 2 weeks.. sometime even more during the festive/holiday seasons.. but don't worry, ur stuff is safe.. call 1 300 300 300 to find out or ask them to direct u to the post office that handles it...

pos daftar is just like normal mail and it's not express service.
it's only 2 days after you posted the item.

i juz worry the parcel lost ad..hehe..nvm...i try check again later..thanks for all the reply...

The best thing to do is to Call 1300-300-300 and ask them with your ref number they will trace it for you
it is the easiest way i have done it many times

hi i was wondering. i also have a parcel sent to me using pos daftar and i haven't recieved it yet after nearly 3 weeks and i know my friend actually did sent it. i tried calling them but they obviously cant track it cuz there system is faulty. I want to know how long it usually takes a parcel to be sent from Kedah to kuching sarawak.

p/s: y dont u consider poslaju when trading,so far,i got no problem with this courier,only need at least 2 days

Normally 1 week... last time it took 2 weeks to arrive me .. From sarawak to penang. The stuff said it takes 8 working days for East to West. So I think West to east is the same..

3 weeks is too long.. u should email them and attach the pos slip to the email.. Proof to them that the tracking number is correct and exist.. then only they will investigate

yes they will drop a card/letter if no body home when they deliver the item to your house

Pos Daftar is unpredictable. One of my items from Singapore reached in 3 days. Another is still awaiting delivery after 8 days. Both are shipped on the same day from Singapore.

yea sometimes fast and sometimes slow... because it is not pos laju... so they won't fast fast do.. they will slowly do and up to their mood...

Apparently the undelivered item is still stuck in Customs since 9 December. It's just a cheap watch band, what's taking them so long?
